Saints Row IV Banned in Australia

Saints Row IV is an upcoming action-adventure open world video game developed by Volition, Inc. and published by German publisher Deep Silver.

It will be released on August 20, 2013 in North America and August 23, 2013 in Europe followed by a worldwide release three days later, and will be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3
and Xbox 360.

But it has been refused classification in Australia. The Classification Board has classified the game RC (Refused Classification) meaning the game cannot be displayed or sold in Australia.
In the Board’s opinion, Saints Row IV includes interactive, visual depictions of implied sexual violence which are not justified by context. The Board also says the game includes elements of illicit or proscribed drug use related to incentives or rewards.

What will Deep Silver say about this?
